Well I love the internet, I normally use it to stay in contact with friends I never see anymore or to download Naruto, but I can go about a month or so without it. Without it I just find other ways to entertain myself. While I do spend a good %50 of the day (other %50 is work and sleep) on the internet I am not addicted, I just have nothing better to do.

I play on an average of 6 hours a day, but not all consecutive. I take some breaks here and there but I have a bad habit of playing too much.

. I can play like 4 hours a day, 6 on a bad, and 2 on a good. No matter how bad I try, I ccan't break my addiction. I can cut my time down to 1 hour a day or so, but that the lowest I can go to..

No, I am not really addicted. I am just really bored while "working". I could stop playing whenever I wanted (sounds Cliché, but it is true). I actually stopped playing for 2-3 months a while back, and I take a week or two off every month nowadays. Playing a game is fine, but getting totally hooked on it is bad, bad, bad.

I probably could if I had to. I play it Guild Wars a lot on weekends because that is the only time I can play it.

Fact of the matter is 3+ hours is probably too long to be playing a videogame in single sitting. I'd rack up about 5 on a weekend afternoon, so I suppose I'm addicted.

BEIJING (Reuters) - An obese 26-year-old man in northeastern China died after a "marathon" online gaming session over the Lunar New Year holiday, state media said on Wednesday.

The 150-kg (330-lb) man from Jinzhou, in Liaoning province, collapsed on Saturday, the last day of the holiday, after spending "almost all" of the seven-day break playing online games, the China Daily said, citing his parents.

Xu Yan, a local teacher, said the "dull life" during the holiday prompted many people to turn to computer games for entertainment.

"There are only two options. TV or computer. What else can I do in the holiday as all markets, KTV and cafeterias are shut down?" the paper quoted Xu as saying.

China has seen an alarming rise in the number of teenage and young adult Internet addicts in recent years, despite attempts to restrict minors from cybercafes and limit online game playing times.

About 2.6 million -- or 13 percent -- of China's 20 million Internet users under 18 are classed as addicts, state media have reported.

Yes, im SERIOUSLY addicted to my PC, i have a life, its on my PC

. NO internet means no guildwars

and no youtube for decent music like Last Resort and Summer of 69. So id just hack into my Zero Hour skirmish stats.ini file thingy give myself like 10000000 gold starting and go rack up some *MORE* consect wins, currently on 85/85/85/0 (any Zero Hoour players will kmnow what i mean)... no electric=no pc means id go insane, id just put my MP3 on listen to The Prisoner and well thats it...
